CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

New Website

NEW WEBSITE AND BIG NEWS

We’re excited to announce that our new website will be launched in the coming weeks. Now that we are through the entitlement process and our first phase of residential design has been approved, we are freshening up the site with a new look and feel. As we get closer to going live, you’ll be the first to know.

We also are putting the final touches on the design of the first phase of residential real estate. Soon we’ll be ready to share the plans with those who have shown interest in owning a home here. These residences conceptually designed by Olson Kundig will be the first opportunity – for people who love Healdsburg and Mill District – to live in this special place. And there are only 39 residences in our first offering. They will feature iconic architecture fully integrated with interior design, and seamless connections between indoor and outdoor living spaces placed amongst a garden landscape. What’s more, they will front our park and 15 heritage Redwood trees that anchor this new neighborhood. If you are interested in learning more please reach out to our Sales Director, Mike Brennan. Mike can be reached at mbrennan@milldistricthealdsburg.com or by calling 707-314-0094.
