Early Buyer Program

EARLY BUYER PROGRAM AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTS

Mill District is welcoming autumn with a panoply of new programs, projects, and pronouncements.

First, we are happy to announce that we are inviting those who have shown early interest in our residences at Mill District to be part of our Early Buyers Program. Invitees to this program will receive a number of benefits including first access to the floorplans and detailed design information for the residences, early selection of their homes at preferred pricing, as well as a host of other perks.

The invitations are limited and Sales Director Mike Brennan said these spots are filling up quickly.

“People in this group are those who are passionate about Healdsburg and Mill District and want to get in at the very beginning,” said Brennan. “We’re excited to have them showing this kind of support for the project early on, and we are honored that they are just as excited to be part of what we’re building.”

Next, to welcome some of these early buyers into the fold, Mill District held a Webinar on Thursday, September 17th to share more about the founding vision and direction of the project (picture above).

During this invitation-only online event, Replay Destinations Co-Founder Michael Coyle and Managing Director David Hill spoke with Healdsburg journalist Matt Villano about how the project has evolved over time, how Replay selected Healdsburg as the spot to build, how Replay assembled an all-star team of designers and architects, and what prospective homeowners can expect from the Mill District as it evolves.

The conversation also touched upon the culture Mill District is striving to cultivate, and the ways in which we have become part of the local community. Other Webinars are scheduled for later this year.

For those who are interested in more information about our Early Buyer Program please reach out to Mike at 707-314-0094 or click here to set up an appointment.

Finally, we are delighted to unveil some new marketing efforts, including a new banner on the north end of our site (This Is Healdsburg), and 100 feet of signage along the northwest edge. Both of these extend and amplify the Mill District brand as a place that celebrates local history and culture.

We encourage you make an appointment at our new sales gallery to learn more about ownership at Mill District, come see the site in person, and reacquaint yourself with the excitement that is building on the south end of Healdsburg.
