Mill District’s reservation program achieved an important milestone last week as we released our much-anticipated Purchaser’s Guide with exclusive access for reservation holders. This document provides initial design details, new renderings, specifications, floorplans, and price ranges. It also gives future Mill District residents a real sense of how their future neighborhood will feel.

Now that this information is available, reservation holders can look forward to working with Sales Director Mike Brennan to understand the details and begin to narrow their interest to specific homes that meet their needs. This is an important step for our reservation holders and an exciting move forward for Mill District.

According to Brennan, reservations during this phase of the program will guarantee individual residence selections before public marketing begins—a moment that moves the entire Mill District project closer to reality for everyone involved.

“People have been waiting a long time for the opportunity to say, ‘This is the place at Mill District that will be mine,’” Brennan says. “The fact that we’re there now is a big deal.”
