Introducing The Garden Homes

In July we unveiled the details of our residences that featured treetop living within the redwoods of Canopy at Mill District – the Penthouses. This month we’re giving you a sneak peak of the residences that connect directly to The Preserve – the Garden Homes at Canopy. For those of you who don’t know what The Preserve is, it’s our 1-acre garden and grove of preserved heritage redwood trees.

Our Garden Homes are a limited collection of only four residences that live like single family homes in downtown Healdsburg. These two level homes with primary bedrooms on the main level have their own exterior entry and individual front door at ground level. A private backyard with culinary garden, outdoor kitchen, landscaped privacy and water feature all connected to The Preserve instilling a feeling of connectedness with the natural environment.

We believe our Garden Homes will be the pinnacle of wine country family living. Natural light will fill the two elegant levels and the 18’ double-height living room, while sliding glass walls connect indoor and outdoor kitchens, dining areas and living spaces.

Olson Kundig-designed interiors will feature organic, timeless materials, including large plank oak hardwood floors and stone countertops, exuding warmth and rooting living environments with a sense of place. Unique and precise crafting will be infused in even the smallest detail.

Garden Home owners can choose one of two refined, tactile, enduring and natural color palettes selected by Olson Kundig Interiors and consult with the team from SingleThread on kitchen design and wine collection curation. These exceptional Healdsburg residences are not-to-be-missed.

Renderings of our Garden Homes will be available soon. Mike Brennan, Director of Sales for Mill District said of the Garden Homes at Canopy, “These are special opportunities to own residences that offer the best of both worlds. The appeal of a single-family style home in downtown Healdsburg, with all the benefits of maintenance taken care of and enhanced services of living at Canopy. We’re very excited to introduce these four unique residences.”

WHAT'S HAPPENING Welcoming Autumn In Style

Autumn is upon us, which means the Healdsburg community is heralding the arrival of harvest, the most exciting time of year. While vineyard teams pick and crush grapes into wine, elsewhere around town entrepreneurs, artists and winemakers are celebrating different events and milestones.

SPOTLIGHT Alan and Manok Cohen

It could be said that no single Healdsburg resident has had more of a say in how our city looks than local architect Alan B. Cohen. The New Jersey native has been the architect for more than a dozen new buildings and renovations within four blocks of the Healdsburg Plaza.
