SPOTLIGHT

Spotlight: Andrea Di Loreto

Fresh Perspective Joins Mill District Sales Team

A long-time Bay Area and wine country resident has joined the Mill District sales team with a promise to lean into the deep and rich history of northern Sonoma County and everything it has to offer.

Andrea Di Loreto said the benefit of selling homes at Mill District is that the project uniquely creates an urban oasis within the charms of downtown Healdsburg.

“This is a well-conceived project with an amazing location and great design story,” she said. “It ticks a lot of boxes for me in terms of being a project I can really stand behind. It’s very compelling, which means it’s easy for me to get other people excited about it, too. Add to that the fact that you won’t see anything like Mill District constructed at this level with this proximity to town in the foreseeable future.”

Di Loreto is no stranger to real estate; she comes from a family of developers, and she has sold real estate for quite some time. In San Francisco, Di Loreto worked on several high profile new-construction projects and sold new residences to buyers from all over the world.

According to Di Loreto, these other destinations pale in comparison to Healdsburg. Specifically, she said Healdsburg offers an “ease of life” and a “friendliness” that doesn’t come around often. “There is a very strong sense of community here. There also seems to be a collective and concerted effort to make this town a compelling destination—everyone is on the same path in elevating it,” Di Loreto said of northern Sonoma County.

After growing up in northern Nevada, Di Loreto attended Santa Clara University. Later, she spent more than a decade living in Sonoma and the surrounding Bay Area. Her interests revolve around cooking and travel—she and her husband visited Thailand last year and she has studied and worked abroad in Italy, Japan and Costa Rica. She also spends copious amounts of time with Jax, her caramel-colored male Labradoodle.

When asked to describe her approach to sales, Di Loreto said there’s no one answer. “This business is based on relationships and trust,” she said. “My job is to bring knowledge and expertise and help buyers find the right fit for their lifestyle and needs. I see myself as an ambassador of the developer and an advocate for the buyer. Here at Mill District, it’s not hard to achieve that goal.”
